I explicitly confirm that I have consulted with my own licensed healthcare professionals and received clearance to participate in somatic exercises, breathwork, and meditative practices. I assume all personal responsibility for my own safety and physical and psychological wellness throughout the process of tantra coaching.

I confirm that I am in a stable mental and emotional state, and I take full personal responsibility for my own capacity to handle and contain the emotional states that can arise during somatic and meditative practices.

Sobriety Agreement

Please read and check the statement below:

I commit to showing up to every session completely sober, well-rested, and fully present. I understand that arriving under the influence of any substance or chemical will forfeit the session immediately, with no refunds issued.

Note: allow at least 3 days between the last intake of any mind-altering substances (alcohol, recreational drugs, etc.) and a tantra coaching session. Depending on the type of substance used, the duration of the waiting period may be increased.

Confidentiality and IP Agreement

I agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the contents of private tantra coaching sessions. I understand that recording any portion of our calls or sharing proprietary materials and any intellectual property of Raw Form of Life (audio files, presentations, practice instructions, etc.) without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Boundary Agreements

The success of tantric work is based on a firm ethical foundation that ensures safe, comfortable, and transparent communication, nurturing an energetically pure and predictable environment. We guarantee compliance with our ethical code on our behalf. Below is a mandatory Boundary Agreement prerequisite checklist to ensure our cooperation in building and maintaining a mutually safe, transparent coaching space.

I understand that Raw Form of Life operates on strict clinical and educational boundaries. I agree to keep all communications strictly professional and focused within the scope of tantric coaching encompassing somatic exercises and psychological work.

I understand that the practitioner is an educator, not my personal friend, therapist, or romantic partner. I agree to refrain from sending unsolicited personal updates, social media direct messages, or audio voice messages outside of our official email communication.

I agree that any suggestive commentary, inappropriate advances, or breach of personal boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session and subsequent communication, with no refunds issued.

I understand that this coaching process is strictly educational, somatic, and therapeutic. I explicitly acknowledge that no sexual services, suggestive behavior, or dating dynamics are part of this work under any circumstances.
